At Bavilon Salon the happiness of our clients and staff is the key to our success. The past year really tested our resolve. Everyone who worked for us prior to March of 2020 is still with us, and so are our clients. The support of the local community is something we will always cherish, and we promise to have the nicest, and most talented folks to assist the town we love with your best look.
We had two more visits from our 94 year old client. I become a little less lost each time I make the trip to pick her up. That client and friend for over a decade shared more stories with me. She and her sister were truly pioneer women. They built a house that is really remote when they were both about 80. She told me the roads back then were really dangerous, and much worse than they are today, which is hard to imagine as they are not very good now!
She mentioned her family had a Maine Coon cat that they had brought along on vacation, and sadly the cat escaped during that trip. They thought they would never see their friend again. Then one Sunday after church she was walking with her mother in the garden when they heard a meow. When they saw the source of the meow they could not believe their eyes. Their cherished pet had found its way home from over 500 miles away. This amazing cat was featured in the local papers and was quite a celebrity at that time. I look forward to assisting her more in the future.
