Beauty tip: Stay sharp while shaving your legs and underarms. Dull blades aren’t just less effective, but also cause skin irritation. Change blades at least every couple of months. Save shaving for last step in your shower. This gives the the warm water and steam time to soften hairs for gentler removal.
Health Tip: To help you sleep better, take an evening bath one hour before bed. It will help you fall asleep faster and sleep better by relaxing your muscles. This had a calming effect on all bodily systems. Sleep well!
