Health Tip: It’s lip chapping season again! Reminder, try to use a sunblock lip balm daily. Also lipstick protects women against skin cancer of the lip. That may be why that cancer is seen far more commonly in men.
Beauty Tip: Adhesive strip nails are among the easiest to apply. Use tweezers to peel off backing. Align on nails and press out the bubbles, trim edges to fit and emery board to nail. Coat along tip with clear polish to seal and done ! For an alternative twist, cut in half to leave part of nail uncovered.
