Beauty tip: No matter how you wear your hair these days it needs conditioning and care. Protein plays a huge role for healthy hair and growth. Focus on incorporating fish, lean meats or plant-based sources like nuts and beans. Aim for 50 grams of protein per day. One egg is equivalent to seven cups of beans which is about 15 grams of protein.

Health tip: Have you ever been in good mood, and suddenly found yourself in a bad mood? Quickly review who you have been in contact with. Moods are contagious, just like bad colds or viruses. We pick them up from other people automatically and unconsciously. Choose your friends wisely! Keep distant from negative people. If you have to be around them, be mindful of your own attitude afterwards.
