Health Tip: Music is comforting and can relieve mental anguish by giving you a healthy distraction from your sadness. It affects the brain by releasing dopamine a chemical that increases feelings of happiness. Try listening to music you really enjoy while cooking, cleaning, ironing, exercising, bathing or even doing a jigsaw puzzle. Feel the mood change. Delightful!

Beauty Tip: Wash your neck with as much care as your face. Treat it like baby skin and avoid harsh scrubs and peels, as they can induce inflammation and accelerate signs of aging. Remember it’s the only neck you will ever have and you can’t find a neck lift in a bottle. Rule of thumb, always apply cream to neck when applying to face.
