Van, our new Boston Terrier/Miniature Poodle, is four and is a rescue from Mesa, AZ. He is very smart and likes to entertain us with his humor. He is also deaf, but no one would guess he has hearing loss.
We took another dog to the vet and came home with Taco. He was a rescue.
This is Mr. Lincoln. We found him at the animal shelter.
This is Chily Pepper. She found us at our door. Tried to find the owner as she was chipped but not listed, so we kept her.
This is Maggie. She found us through the Passion 4 Paws rescue in Corona. She had been abandoned in the desert, pregnant with 10 puppies. Once her puppies were weaned and adopted, I couldn’t get Maggers out of my mind. Thankfully, my husband was open to adopting and she quickly fit in with our family. Beside her, you will find Finn. We have been fostering dogs for several years now and he is our latest. As you can see, he and Maggie get along and he just loves my kids. He’s having CCL surgery this week so once he’s fully healed, we’ll be looking for a forever home for him. He’s a boxer/pit bull mix who loves string cheese!
They complete our family.
Heidi was in the humane society of southern Arizona when we found her. I told her if she sits really nice when a tall guy in camouflage got there, she could go home with us. She walked up to him and sat right next to his boot. That was 14.5 years ago! She has been the best little girl ever since!
