In July 2021 (this month) Vail’s own, Alyssa Diaz, is headed to Orlando, FL to compete on an International level! She is your reigning Royal International Miss Arizona Teen 2021 and her platform is on Instagram @BELIEVEinaCUREforCANCER.
She is the Youth Ambassador for the Tucson American Cancer Society and coordinates their social media. She also works with local business like Desert Camo Apparel to collaborate and share a message for cancer prevention awareness.
She has been involved in modeling and pageants for over 6 years and she plays the piano under Mrs. Amy Osmun. She is a Girl Volunteer Corps member to Girl Scouts Troop 240 under Mrs. Stephanie Chavez. She is a youth advocate for Junior Achievement of Southern Arizona and is hopeful they can continue to bring their programs to the Vail School District for all grade levels!
Her leadership abilities and roles as an influencer have brought her great success. With her title, Arizona Teen, she is excited to compete with great talent from all over the world during Internationals.
