Check it out. The Greater Vail Chamber has started our own YouTube channel. We are going to be featuring member businesses, organizations, events and community activities. The objective is to provide our community with fun and useful information. It is a collaboration with students enrolled in Richard Booth’s Empire High School’s JTED CTE video program.

The students are integral in creating and producing the videos. They will be both in front of and behind the cameras, assist in editing the material and help in posting and distributing the product.

The objective of this program is multi-faceted. One facet is to create an increased awareness of products and services offered by businesses in the Vail area along with community activities. Another is to inform and engage area residents and a third is to provide a learning experience for students interested in a media career.

A couple of videos are already posted, with the big kick-off coming in mid-January. Take a look and keep coming back for new videos.

Brad Anderson grew up on a family farm in northern Colorado and from Colorado State University. He joined the Greater Vail area Chamber of Commerce when he moved to southern Arizona as an Edward Jones Financial Advisor in Vail.
