Christopher Bowers, son of Kevin and May Bowers, graduated on May 8th, 2021 from ERAU Prescott Campus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He’s a 2017 graduate from Vail Academy and High School. During his four years at Embry-Riddle, Christopher was on the Honor Roll & 3 times earned Dean’s List completing his degree with an overall GPA of 3.2! He was a civilian supporter for Silver Wings formally called Angel Flight. He also led a five-person team in building a cube satellite called EagleSat II and was published by the American Institute for Aerospace and Astronautics (AIAA) for work on a paper detailing a mission analysis for a rover characterizing the permanently shadowed regions of the moon. In July, he will be joining Textron Systems in Maryland. He sincerely appreciates his teachers and principals within the Vail School District as well as the professors, mentors, and classmates he interacted with during his four years at ERAU.
