School is out. Some of us are planning a few days to get away from the heat. Others are going to stay in our beautiful Vail area and enjoy some Arizona summer. Either way, the warmth is here.

The Vail Chamber is gearing up for a couple of major events. First is our State of the Chamber event happening on June 24th at the U of A Tech Park starting at 11:30 am. It is open to the public and registration is available at www.greatervailchamber.com. The theme this year is “Future Horizons”. We will celebrate the Vail community’s successes over the past year, envision Vail’s Future and honor the work of exemplary leaders. Highlights will include presentations from community leaders who are helping shape the future Vail.

The second event, heading into the cooler part of the year, is our annual VailFest. Due to COVID, we were unable to host the festival in 2020, but we are going to make up for it this year. This will be a day long festival at the fairgrounds including food, gift, community, and service vendors. We will also have a carnival area along with various activities for kids of all ages. Look for more information coming soon. If you would like to be one of our vendors, please contact Stacy at stacy@greatervailchamber.com.
