On a Monday in June, when we are normally closed, our stylists gathered for another class in our all-natural and organic hair color. The class was led by a master instructor. The passion our stylists have for their work is demonstrated by all of them coming in on their day off.
In a time when teamwork in salons of the past is all but gone, Bavilon is a true gem. Our stylists all respect each other and are interested in their success. It’s wonderful to see a top pro ask another stylist her opinion because they all love what they do and really want to knock it out of the ballpark.
When I mentioned to the instructor how well they all work together she commented how wonderfully rare that is, saying “you still have an amazing group of women.” A new technique learned that day was put to the test the following day with outstanding results. The stylist who used what she had learned was beaming. Our stylists never stop learning, and, appear to love everything about their craft!
