Desert Skies United Methodist Church is excited to invite the community to celebrate the joy of Easter, the event that changes everything! Easter is a new start, with new beginnings, and Desert skies is just the community for fresh starts! A joyful community, drawing people to Christ, we welcome you to begin your new journey of faith or to renew and strengthen the one you’re on.
We’ll celebrate as those who first witnessed the Resurrection so long ago. With a traditional style worship, including a Brass Ensemble and a worship band to lead our music.
A special Easter message and activities are planned for children. A nursery is available for infants and toddlers, but we encourage all ages to be in the service. Come as you are; dress is casual. Masks are optional. Kindness is expected.
Desert Skies United Methodist Vail Campus, Easter Celebration is at Mica Mountain High School 10:00 a.m., April 17. Services at our Houghton Campus, 3255 N. Houghton Road, include Sunrise 6:00 a.m., 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Traditional Services with Choir.
