Now that we are in some cooler weather , these easy and delicious French Toast made with Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls are great to make with the kids!
CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST BAKE

Ingredients
6 Rhodes cinnamon Rolls, partially thawed
2 Tbs butter, melted
3 eggs
1/4 cup heavy whipped cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup maple syrup
Garnish Options: frosting, included with rolls, powdered sugar, 1/2 cup maple sugar
Instructions
Cut each baked roll into 8 equal pieces and arrange evenly in a 9” x 9” baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Whisk together eggs, cream, cinnamon and vanilla until well combined and pour over roll pieces. Sprinkle with pecans(can omit) and drizzle with maple syrup.
*When using traditional Rhodes cinnamon rolls, let rise until double in size then bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Combine all ingredients then bake at 375 degrees F for another 25-30 minutes
Serve drizzled with frosting, maple syrup or dusted with powdered sugar
