The bright lights at Safeway have been an ongoing concern for the local community. The lights will be toned down significantly. At press time specific details were not available, so please check updates on The Vail Voice Facebook page. The weekend of the 28th, the street lights surrounding Safeway were turned on. This temporarily exacerbated the existing lighting challenges.
