The Post 109 Family is hosting a poker run and an evening of free live entertainment to which the public is invited to attend on Saturday, October 13th. Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  The cause is to benefit “Tucson Area Marine Moms,” a patriotic group of ladies who send from 50-70 care packages to deployed troops on a quarterly basis.  These packages are very much appreciated by our veterans who are serving in “harms way.”  You may contact Marla Robold, the leader, at Tucsonareamarinemoms@gmail.com or call her at 520-780-6152, for more information regarding this event.

The Post 109 dining room will reopen for breakfast September 1st. Breakfast is served Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7-11 AM.  A full menu of reasonably priced breakfast food is offered along with a daily special. The public is welcome, and you don’t need to be a legion member to attend.  The meals are served in the dining room, which is a smoke free, child friendly facility.
