Rev. Thomas Dusek, 84, of Tucson, formerly of Cameron, passed from this world to his heavenly home on Friday, May 11, 2018. Services for Rev. Dusek were held Wednesday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Green-Patterson Funeral Home, with Richard Crowe officiating. A military graveside followed.

Thomas Clayton Dusek was born November 24, 1933, in Cameron, TX to Joe and Celia Ann Dusek.  Thomas graduated from C. H. Yoe High School in 1952.  He served in the U.S. Army for three years during the Korean War.  Thomas was a Baptist pastor for 45 years and taught in high school and at Temple College.  After retiring, he served as a constable in Milam County, TX.

Survivors include his wife Glenda of 60 years and two sons:  Lansing Gibbs Dusek and wife Sherry of Greenville, SC and Thomas Glen Dusek and wife Cynthia of Tucson. He is also survived by six grandchildren:  Robin Dusek, Raven Applebaum and her husband Phillip, Kaitlyn Dusek, Carson Dusek and his wife Lexus, Caleb Dusek, and Karissa Dusek. Three great grandchildren:  Addison, Aliza, and Asher Applebaum
