Vail Academy and High School’s Future Business Leaders of America organization went to the Arizona State Leadership Camp September 20-22, 2018. Members who attended serve as officers, chapter leaders, and student store managers. The program included workshops on enhancing their school’s career and technical student organization, teamwork, and leadership. Throughout the week, over 350 FBLA members competed in several areas. Members from VAHS received awards for Building Better Members (Crystal Benjamin), Leadership and Team Spirit (Diamond Benjamin), and Teamwork (Damien Orozco).

All of our members benefited greatly from this conference and will be bringing back their knowledge to enhance our organization. Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a co-curricular program. At VAHS, it goes hand-in-hand with the business management program.
FBLA inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.
