CBRE’s Nancy McClure, First Vice President, represented the Seller, Wood Real Estate Holdings Trust, in the sale of 6.22 acres of commercially-zoned land east of the northeast corner of Valencia and Nexus roads to Nexus Partners, LLC. The Buyer purchased the property for $1,650,00 and intends to develop it as mixed-use.
