Lots of development and new businesses coming to our area. Wings on Fire is opening in the Safeway Shopping Center in Rita Ranch. The Hampton Inn is still under construction and will be open later in 2019. Burger King will be opening mid-February next to the Hampton Inn. Dutch Brothers will be opening by March at Las Plazas Old Vail and at the Vail Safeway (El Mercado shopping center) a new dental office and a Chase Bank are under construction.
The new 40,000 square foot cannabis facility on Rita Road will be opening late May. It will employ 50 workers and add 1 employee for every 800 square foot expanded.
