Anyone needing at-home vaccination, can register directly register.vaccine.pima.gov. The first page asks for basic information. On the second page there is a question that says “are you able to leave home for vaccination?” Answer NO, then more questions regarding at-home vaccines will appear. Fill everything out as completely as possible, and then submit it. If you don’t have your own email address, then you can put in congregatevaccine@pima.gov instead. You must have a working phone or you can’t be contacted for scheduling.
