Hello Friends,
We are officially in the last quarter of 2024, and I’m always inspired to sprint to the end of the year and finish strong. The Mayor and Council have touched on a variety of topics this year, ranging from policies to support the Tucson Police Department in addressing human trafficking in our community to trash and recycling pickup in unmaintained alleyways. These items need a final push to get across the finish line, and I will be focusing my efforts this quarter on closing these loops and helping position the city for success in 2025. We have many challenges and opportunities in front of us in 2025, and I’m eager to begin tackling them with my colleagues.
Now, for some fun stuff! The City of Tucson’s annual Boo Bash is happening on Saturday, October 19th at the soccer fields at Lincoln Park. If you’ve never been, it’s a very fun event to kick off the holiday season. We love seeing all the costumes and the families having a great time. Definitely bring a bag to collect candy and be prepared for a fun time. Stop by the Ward 4 booth and say hello!
As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at the Ward 4 Council Office.
