Hello Friends,
It’s that time of year again when the leaves start falling, the air turns crisp, and we dig out our comfiest sweaters – yes, it’s fall, y’all! And you know what that means… it’s almost time for the annual Boo Bash where this year we will be hosting a Jack O’ Lantern Contest!

Save the Date: October 21st, 4-7 PM

Join Ward 4 and Tucson Parks and Recreation for a spellbinding evening at Lincoln Park (8116 E Escalante Rd). This isn’t your average gathering; it’s the Annual Boo Bash in Ward – a night of spooktacular tricks and ghoulish treats! And guess what? It’s FREE!

Enjoy carnival games, trunk-or-treat, show off your costumes and more. Food will be available for purchase from local food trucks. Please remember to bring your own bag to collect candy.

And now, let’s chat about Halloween candy safety. Here are a couple of tips to keep in mind:

Inspect Before You Ingest: Before devouring those mouthwatering treats, give them a once-over to ensure they’re sealed and in their original packaging.

Allergen Awareness: If your little ones have food allergies, double-check the candy labels for potential allergens. Let’s keep the spooky surprises confined to costumes and decorations!

That’s the scoop for now, folks! Mark your calendars for October 21st, grab your costume, and come on down to Boo Bash. Don’t forget to bring your carved pumpkins to the Ward 4 table for a chance to win a prize! Stay safe and have a blast!
