Petco opened on July 31st. The Grand Opening will be the weekend of August 18th and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, giveaways, and specials.
Hampton Inn & Suites is building on the lot just in front of Tech Parks, Arizona on Rita Road and I-10. Construction begins in two months with an anticipated completion date late 2018.

New stores coming to Houghton Town Center! Construction will begin early August for a 9,000 square foot collection of new stores, to include a real estate firm, Subway, Jersey Mike’s and a fitness studio.
Ross is scheduled to open in October at Houghton Town Center.
TJ Maxx is planned to open in September at Houghton Town Center
