Hailey Johnson, a sophomore at Cienega High School, won the Arizona 5A State Diving Championship held in Phoenix on Saturday, November 3rd. Coached by John Tritz at from Cienega, Hailey is a straight A student in the Bobcat Scholar Program. She was also a National Champion in the 3-meter diving competition held this July in Texas and placed 2nd on tower diving for the Arizona Diving club that practices year round at the U of A.
