We moved to Vail, Sycamore Canyon, or as our Utilities know us, Corona de Tucson, in 2006. At that time, we were informed that “No Parking” signs would be installed once the first 189 homes were built and sold. It’s been almost 14 years since we moved in and still NO signs. I have requested information from the HOA, but to no avail. Could you possibly request information from the Cadden Community Management HOA for Sycamore Canyon? Maybe your voice will have more influence than just some homeowner who pays the monthly fees for the year before July. It is very difficult in some places to get down the street when someone is getting their mail and the cars/trucks parked across from the mail boxes block the street. Maybe you could possibly find out IF and WHEN the No Parking signs will be installed? Maybe we’ll have to start a petition?
