Serial Grillers will be opening up at the old Chuy’s location on Houghton Road mid September. Serial Grillers is a quick service restaurant focused on American Food and extensive craft beer selections.

Hoki Poki will be opening at Las Plazas at Old Vail at Houghton and Old Vail Rd. They are an Asian fusion restaurant whose menu draws from historic and traditional styles to exotic, contemporary flavors. They plan to open in November.

Vail Steakhouse has been purchased by a new owner. Look for more details in future publications.

Hampton Inn & Suites will be the first hotel to open in our area. Construction is well underway. The hotel will house 107 rooms. Opening is planned for the 3rd quarter of this year.
