McDonald’s is planning to begin construction in the fall with an opening by the end of 2019 and Eegees will begin construction and open by the end of the year.
Denny’s is scheduled to begin building in the spring with an end of year completion.
Las Plazas Old Vail
Dutch Brothers Coffee will be open in March.
Rita Road and I-10
Burger King at Rita Road and I-10 plans to be open in March. Hampton Inn is still under construction and will be open by the end of the year.
Vail Area
Bowld Bowls and Rolls is opening in Vail next to Dairy Queen on Colossal Cave Road. Eston Stogner is the owner and chose to open a restaurant in Vail because of the strong sense of community and growing area. He also has a meal prep business with clients that live here. Bowld will have quick service of fresh flavorful food from scratch. The menu can be customized for low carb diets. Eston is a self–taught chef with a passion for cooking. Restaurant hours will be 11 to 8 daily Tuesday through Saturday and closed Mondays.
