Vail Ready Mission Statement: “To Preserve Our Great Quality of Life & Protect Our Rare Eco-Region By Informing, Educating & Engaging Our Dynamic Growing Community.”

Author’s note: Last month’s Vail Voice article, I wrote the article “Celebrating National Good Neighbor Day.” The author’s name was incorrect (not mine) and the photo that was omitted from the article is included here with this month’s article. The caption for this month’s article photo is: “Celebrating National Good Neighbor Day with Tom & Denise Cox and their pets – Cooper and Charlie.” Good neighbors are essential to a healthy and thriving community. I am blessed to have good neighbors like Tom & Denise. Thanks to them for their patience and permission for this month’s article photo resubmission.

Acknowledge and watch your habits, for they shall become your values. Understand and embrace your values, for they become your destiny.” – Mahatma Gandhi
