Well, it’s that time again. It’s time to get your golf game in shape while supporting ReSources Vail Food Bank. The Greater Vail Community ReSources 2021 Golf Challenge will be held at Del Lago Golf Course on the morning of Saturday, November 6th. The tournament will once again feature a scramble format and include skill holes, game holes, raffles, and a silent auction. The scramble format makes for a fun round in which foursome teams compete against each other for first place trophies in “Open” and “First Responder” categories. The event will finish off with a lunch at the Hacienda where winners will be announced, trophies awarded, and sponsors recognized.

This is a call for golfers to register on-line before October 31st, (and sponsors before October 20th if possible), by visiting the website at www.resourcesvail.org Golfers can register their foursome or register as single players while listing the other players in the foursome. The cost is $115 per player and includes cart, range balls, goodie bag, and lunch. As always, proceeds from the tournament will go to support ReSources Vail Food Bank, and its programs for the coming year.
Participation in this year’s tournament is especially important as we continue to be impacted by Covid 19 and the uncertainty it causes, while demand for food increases and available resources are stretched.

Proceeds from this fundraiser are essential to the work of ReSources Vail Food Bank and without generous support in the way of sponsorships and golfers, our food bank will be challenged.

Please help ReSources continue with its mission of feeding those in need across greater Vail. Come out to play golf on November 6th, support the food bank, and join an honored cadre of “neighbors helping neighbors”.
