To the editor:
As parents of Vail students for the past eleven years, we are so pleased with the high quality of education our children have received in the Vail School District. We have closely observed district management and are continually impressed with what our children’s schools manage to accomplish, in spite of low levels of funding. Our children have benefitted from the opportunities Vail has provided them, but they still have several years of schooling ahead of them. We know that overcrowding compromises education quality, and so to maintain opportunities for our own children as well as every other child in this district, we strongly encourage a yes vote on Proposition 468 as an investment in them and the future strength of the greater Vail community.
