Healthy snacking can be a good thing. It lets you, potentially, consume lots of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients, you miss with your meals. It’s almost impossible to reap these nutrients from meals alone. So think nuts, berries, yogurt, granola, fruit and raw veggies: no cheating with sugary treats. Keep snacking healthy!
