Medical Cannabis Cultivation Facility
A 40,000 square foot medical cannabis cultivation facility is being built next to the Rita Ranch Car Wash on Rita Road. Phase 1 planned opening is April 1st. In the first 12 months they plan to hire about 50 employees, from an executive team to laborers. They are not currently accepting applications, but will do so as the project advances. Denny’s at Houghton Town Center
Denny’s will be opening a new location next to Popeye’s at Houghton Town Center. Construction will begin by the end of this year with an opening in 2019. The restaurant will be 4,000 square foot in size and will bring 100 new jobs to the area. While applications are not currently being accepted, we will post when jobs are available!

Big O Tires at Las Plazas Old Vail
